Mermaid hair, don't care!  If you dare I highly recommend this salon!  I'm here from out of town and desperately needed to upgrade my look for a nice dinner at Napa Rose.  2 hours later I emerged, a punk rock little mermaid, ready to sing on land and enjoy life under the sea.

Very average , very expensive , the lady who died my hair was in a rush the whole time , I paid more than the price I was told at the end , and I didn’t get the hair color I asked for , suddenly they said I have to come 4 more times and pay the exact same price to get even near the color I wanted . I went to a cheaper salon 3 weeks after and got the hair color I wanted in 1 day . The hairstylist didn’t know how to even tone my hair by herself I personally had a very unprofessional experience , Do not recommend .

I had been to another salon which completely ruined my color.  It was so bad that I left a poor review.   The owner invited me back with one of their "creative directors".  So  my hair is mostly right now thanks to my stylist at  Alexander's.  I had an appointment with Julie at Alexander's.  She was very nice and understood my hair problems.  When she finished everybody agreed on what a fantastic job Julie did restoring my blonde and a nice haircut.  I highly recommend Alexander's Grand salon.

I love coming here, even if I have to wait. They have this wonderful cafe and they give you champagne. They really treat you right. I've been going to Denise for years. She can do anything. She's a color expert and she's done all kinds of styles on me. She's worked with me when I had my hair super long and wouldn't even let her cut all the split ends, and she's chopped it all off when I requested it. It always looks amazing, just what I want. She's so personable, congenial, and creative. I've never seen her mad or upset, even though I've gone to her for a long time. And the other stylists there all look great. They are all different with the styles they specialize in and are all different ages. I think everyone could find a perfect stylist here.
