So I went for a wax with poney and after it was all said and done when I got home I had a substantial amount of hair left on me. She rushed. She didn't seem to care about the discomfort I was experiencing. She was rough (I ended up being sore  for 2 days after) that has never happened to me. I was not pleased at all with the costly service I received. It been a week since I got it done and I already need to go get waxed again

HORRIBLE MANAGER.  SHE WAS RUDE AND INSULTED MY ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESSENTIALS TO ANYONE.  SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
