Spent 5 Business days waiting for power after paying an $450 bill. Very lazy and makes me realize Alexandria is being held up by people who can't do their jobs.

the people that work there have got to be the most stupid i have ever spoken with. Everything to do with their entire system is completely broken.

This is one of the most aggravating places to have to go every month. In order to pay your bill, you have to either mail the payment, or go in person. There is no way to pay online. The online payment portal has been broken for years.

The staff are helpful, but many times they are very rude and make you wish that you weren't there. 

The lines are extremely long almost every time I go there.

Could be a lot worse, I'm sure.  I was able to get in an out pretty quickly to set up my utilities, and payments are easy online.  The only thing I didn't really like was the large deposit that you don't get back until you move out of Alexandria.  I would have preferred if they rolled it into your payments as credits or something.
