Michael harris is all about his commission. He misinformed me on the type of policy i was getting. To make a long story short, i ended up with multiple policies and a state Farm cancelation because of the wrong information input. He pretend that he wasn't aware but the type of errors made which are impossible for a licensed agent NOT to be aware of. If you want a money hungry agent, come here. Otherwise, save your money and time and go elsewhere. (Not to mention, me and my husband never actually met or seen Alexis harris in the office)

The insurance team at Alexis Harris Insurance has always been polite and helpful. 
Fortunately, I haven't had an accident in over 10 years, but I'm confident her team would be there if I needed them.
