Story

From our humble beginnings as a regional masonry contractor in Southwest Louisiana, Alfred Miller Contracting has grown into a thriving, nationwide contractor offering innovative solutions to Industrial and Commercial construction projects. Our business now consists of three complimentary, but distinct business units:

Fireproofing: For over fifteen years Alfred Miller Contracting has been providing fireproofing services to the petrochemical industries. We have completed projects as large as two million square feet and shipped fireproofed steel from Coast to Coast. Whatever your needs are for industrial grade fireproofing, Alfred Miller can handle the job.

Design Build Construction: With our in-house engineering and architectural staff, we can design and construct industrial and commercial buildings ranging from a small Guard House to a large multi story complex. We utilize our extensive knowledge of precast concrete with steel-frame construction to create high quality and cost effective structures that can be erected with remarkable speed and efficiency.

Specialty Precast: Making use of modern design capabilities, we can construct any number of unique precast concrete solutions to meet your individual challenges. From insulated trenches to contain possible LNG spills to a WaffleCrete “dance floor” atop a piperack, we can help make your project more successful.
