Worst experience ever! From the dirty waiting room/office to the  lackadaisical staff  this place should be avoided.  I was told that I needed a special deep cleaning that cost extra and was not covered under insurance, I accepted the charge,  paid. and it was nothing  more than a regular polishing/minimal cleaning.  I was told everything was fine and they made an appointment for six months. Feeling  uncomfortable about being charged for a regular cleaning that was normally covered by insurance I started asking questions , I went to another dentist who did not charge me for the same deep cleaning that Theis' office did and also found that I have a serious health issue. Theis' office should have found this when they did the "deep cleaning" but they didn't say a word about it. This place should be shut down in my opinion.  BEWARE.
