Amber is the best! I have been using Aliera Accounting for 12 years now and have never been disappointed. She is thorough and very knowledgeable and up to date on all the tax codes and laws. Plus, her and her staff are very friendly and personable. I have only the most positive things to say about Amber and my overall experiences with her.

I have used Aliera Accounting for 10 years. Love the fact that Amber takes care of all my accounting needs as I am always busy and have little time for number crunching. Also Amber sold me my home and had to wait for the short sale. My lease ran out on the house I was renting. Amber helped my family with living arrangements until closing. Awesome! Thank you Amber!

Went in last year to file 2014 income tax. I was given information that I thought was correct being that injured spouse and innocent spouse are the same thing. This is not true. As far as the IRS is concerned they are two different things. I was told that I had to wait on a letter back from the IRS before I could file. 11 weeks came and went, then a few more and then a few more and finally I had to deployed. I inquired several times on this matter and was even shown information from another persons file showing how long the process "could potentially take" and was assured that this was the process. I went on to ask if there was anything that could be done from their end and I was "advised" to take my return to the IRS and they would help me further. I am glad that I waited and took them to H&R block this year. They re-evaluated them and come to find out there were several things that were not accomplished. When I asked for a refund I was denied saying that my complaint did not meet the stipulation for a refund. I was charged $195.00 for a tax return that was not complete and would have caused further issues. Also, when I emailed them about the issues they proceed to call H & R block "undereducated" and "unregulated" and have since ignored my emails requesting a refund. I strongly advise to go somewhere else especially if you need extra assistance. A very expensive lesson learned.
