I have a 2013 Subaru WRX. I went to Jeff to swap my hydraulic steering rack to a 15+ STI rack which has a quicker steering ratio. Jeff did a great work changing my steering rack as well as a performance alignment. Now my car is totally transformed to a handling machine I have been always dreaming of! Jeff did all his work precisely and always double check for any leaking or potential problem. He tailored the alignment specs to my needs. The driving dynamics have been improved a lot. Quicker initial turn in and more grip at the limit. I have been going to his shop for 3 times. Every time I drive my car out of his shop with a big smile on my face. My advice to any car enthusiasts: do some research and find the best suspension bits that can improve handling, and then go to Jeff. He can transform your car to the next level!

I bought a 2003 Toyota Sequoia back in 2003.  In 2008 I had Tires Plus perform alignment on it when I bought tires from them.  Right after I drove it out of the shop I noticed the steering wheel was off centered (had to turn it slightly to the right to keep the vehicle moving straight).  All the while the vehicle pulls slightly to the left.  As crazy as it sounds, it was worse then when I brought it in!  I brought it back 2 times and they couldn't get it right.  I lived with it for 5 years.  Then when I needed new tires in 2013 I had Toyota dealer perform a 4 wheel alignment, they said everything is to spec, yet the steering wheel is still off centered, the vehicle still pulls to the left.  I gave up hope and lived with it for another 4 years.  It's gotten worse to where my front left tire wears uneven and had to be prematurely replaced.  So I looked around and found The Alignment guy by Google search.  He (Jeff) ordered 4 new tires for me, installed them, and performed the alignment on my front wheels.  Guess what?  The steering wheel is now centered again, after all these years!  Oh my God!  It's like driving my Sequoia when it was new.  No longer pulling to the left either!  This guy is simply amazing!  And what he charged me, I felt like I robbed him.

Jeff did a fantastic job alignment job! My vehicle (2010 clubman S),  once again it's quiet like a church mouse, it no longer has the road noise from the tires.  Jeff does all types of work beyond alignment, anything underneath the car best describes it.  Be prepared for some  eccentric, button pushing (opinions), sweet/sour bite, great and unique dialogues on a variety of topics.    You'll find that Jeff has a grant knowledge of interests  and 'to die for' collection of underground music collection (old school Minneapolis).    BTW, A secret to the best service appointments are Nov - March.   As his shop is full of summer loving drivers with exotics, classics, racers, rare cars who plan ahead.   One last note...  For those of you with a private collection of cars,  the Alignment Guy offers on-site services.    I highly recommend The Alignment Guy.

Best alignments in the area.  Jeff, The Alignment Guy, will align your car to factory specs, or any custom specs you need if you have a race car or custom car.  Highly recommended.
