I called today regarding my new claim and spoke to I believe Jeanette. She revealed to me that as an oversight I was charged in correctly. She absolutely listen and immediately got on the phone and corrected the problem. I've been a customer of State Farm Insurance Allison Eggers since 2013 and will continue to do business with agents like Jeanette at State Farm Allison Eggers.

We have been dealing with Allison and State Farm for years. She has been very helpful and considerate in working with us with our insurance. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent insurance agent. And she has really good chocolate chip cookies!
