I called today regarding my new claim and spoke to I believe Jeanette. She revealed to me that as an oversight I was charged in correctly. She absolutely listen and immediately got on the phone and corrected the problem. I've been a customer of State Farm Insurance Allison Eggers since 2013 and will continue to do business with agents like Jeanette at State Farm Allison Eggers.
