Stan is a LIFESAVER! I came in with a broken ignition for my car and the key stop turning for good when I was parked at the shop. I am on crutches and my car is my life right now so Stan let me keep it over night and then came in early and fixed it before the shop was even opened because he knew I needed my car. Him, and the shop, have over the top customer service and would recommend anyone to go to them!

Could not have had a better experience. I've been meaning to get a keypad installed so when I locked myself out in the rain with 2 kiddos today, it seemed like the right time. Quick, friendly service-wish I could give more stars. Thanks so much.

Absolutely fantastic local locksmith. Brought in three handles to get re-keyed and they did it on the spot. That job plus 5 extra keys put me back less than 50 bucks and saved my hide with my install schedule. Thanks guys! You've earned my business from here out.

Was talking to a friend about the great experience I had today with Stan and learned the she had her own Alki Key is great story. Four thumbs up.

The deadbolt on my front door failed, the key simply spun round and round. I called and Stan, the owner, came right over, assessed what I needed, climbed a ladder to enter my condo on my upper deck so he didn't have to drill the lock. Within 30 minutes he was back with a replacement deadbolt all set to work with my existing keys. And all the while, Stan was calm and competent and funny. When it came time to write the check, I thought the price was more than fair, and I was soon on my way to all the other things I needed to do that day. Five Stars - yes, perfect service at a fair price!
