Seriously, go here for your post-workout smoothie! They are the best & all natural ingredients. Also, very friendly. Stopped for a smoothie so didn't grab any vitamins/etc., but noticed they had a big selection while i was waiting for my drink. Lucky me, it's right down the road from my house & gym!!

This place has the best healthy smoothies as well as the friendliest staff of anywhere I've ever been! The staff care about your life as well as are knowledgeable of the products and are honest with customers in product recommendations. I go at least once a week and love everything about my visits!

Everyone in this shop is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have vegan options for their smoothie protein powders as well. Great staff on duty every time I have shopped here. Thanks guys; we will be back.
