Friendly, technically competent technician who fixed my phone in 45 minutes.  Much better than several experiences I've had with their Coralville strip competitor in technical expertise and efficiency and it was less expensive.

Best customer service anywhere. Repaired within 15 minutes!! Highly recommend. They use original OEM parts too.
