First I will mention that it was Friday night holiday season at 6:30 pm when I started my frantic search for a plumber do to a sewer back up. Like others I called several plumbers trying to get an estimate. No one was able to provide an estimate except that there would be a very expensive minimum service fee just for coming out. Not including the cost for fixing the problem. I finally got a hold of Todd and he was able to quote me a very reasonable price for the job. He said he could be at the job site in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes. He was very thorough in resolving the issue. Like others I was impressed with Todd’s demeanor and professionalism. I have already recommended Todd to friends and they have saved his number. I don’t wish any plumbing issues on anyone especially during he holidays and after normal business hours. However, if you have any plumbing concerns, I highly recommend Todd Richard All About Plumbing. 5 stars all the way!!!

I am so happy that I called Todd to handle my drain pipe clog. He is fair, kind, courteous, and knows what he is talking about when it comes to plumbing. He took time to explain what was going on in my walls and under my slab and fixed the issue for an extremely fair price. I have used many plumbers in the area and I have found my go to plumber. Long story short i had a leaky toilet i'd spent 2 days trying to repair. finally i gave up and called for professional help. On a Saturday afternoon I wasn't sure how successful I'd be. The first plumbing company I called was less than interested in my toilet. I then called All About Plumbing WTR and found a friendly, concerned, and interested voice on the other end of the line. Todd went out of his way to be helpful, to the extent of using his personal car to answer my service call since his work truck was already out on another service call. Personable and professional are the hallmarks of this man who not only has mastered his trade, but does it with compassion and understanding for his customers. I was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied with the quality of the work, his pleasant calming demeanor while making the repairs, and his concern that I was satisfied with the repairs made. I couldn't ask for anything more. All About Plumbing WTR is now my first call when I need a plumber.

It's natural that people seldom take the time to leave positive reviews; we tend only to leave complaints when we're displeased. We chose this company because they had no negative reviews, and didn't worry that they only had one positive to this point. Todd was courteous, on time as promised, the job to repair the ruptured hot line from our water heater (as well as the cold inlet) and do a much-needed flushing of the tank took two hours, and that was what we were charged for. As so often happens, the rupture came on a Sunday night, so we arranged for Todd to be here first thing Monday morning. Following the repair, he advised us that he does not charge his customers extra for weekends. We'll remember that, and appreciate the good service. We won't be calling anyone else in the future. On Monday morning, I made an appointment with Todd. He said he would be here on Tuesday afternoon. I called him on Tuesday morning and he confirmed that he would be here on Tuesday afternoon. I waited all day Tuesday and he never showed up or called. I finally called him at about 7:30 and he didn't answer or ever call me back. I see all the positive reviews here and wonder if something terrible happened to Todd. I hope he's okay, but if he is this is no way to conduct business. People count on you to honor your commitments, Todd!
