Don't tell someone their appointment is Friday and then put it Saturday. Don't ask for their number and not put it down, because then you can't call said someone that you screwed up. Thanks, I won't be getting my hair done for another 3 months now.

I have had better and I have had worse. I didn't walk out of there thinking "wow", but I also wasn't completely disappointed.
