Been going to this location for three years with my son and for some reason this blonde hair African American women has nothing but attitude and rude things to say to me and my child. Can never locate a manager or supervisor to report this but she still works there and give me negative looks

I had such a horrible experience with them with my then 4 year old. Besides the crazy long wait times they must of missed work that needed to be done because it went from watching two teeth to needing 4 fillings in 6 months. When we came to get fillings we had laughing gas first time went ok.the second was hell they gave my daughter gas then had her wait 20+ mins. They started and half way through my daughter was screaming that it hurt. The dentist said no way it would hurt with the amount of novacaine given. He said hold her hands down to finish, that he was almost done. I did but it got worse my daughter was arching her back screaming, i yelled at the dentist who said he was almost done. I should have walked out but didnt want a hole in her tooth. So finally he finishes im crying, he said i was making it worse and basically saying my child and i were over reacting. We got a new dentist the fillings he did all need to be redone because there is decay under it. On top of that more cavities that need silver caps. Im so beyond upset about the care my daughter received. I explained she needed more novacaine as her father requires an extreme amount to get numb. Avoid them at all costs.

I had to wait in the waiting room for over 30 minutes!! I had to rearrange my schedule around, and it was so inconvenient.

If yal don't in fact open until 9am you really should update your site and fix your time!!!!! And maybe get friendlier staff  it's 9:05am scheduled for a 9am appointment and my child and I are still outside waiting!!!! Seriously no way to conduct business. Just a shame.

I wish there was another dentist I could bring my kids to in the area because the medical staff here sucks....my son's last appointment after waiting almost 45 minutes past his appointment time he was finally called in but then after waiting 20 minutes for the dentist to come in the room he begged me to reschedule. They also refuse to call medical transportation knowing medical transportation wants 3 days in advance unless the doctors office calls.
