Unprofessional is an understatement. Extremely rude front desk staff. They talk to the patients as if they are doing them a favor or giving their services for free. They gossip about each other in front of the patients. Everyone there, from the dentists straight down to the receptionists seem to despise their jobs. Dentist is not pleasant and friendly, barely explains to you what he’s doing and his demeanor is just dark and ugly. The most pleasant person who works here is the black Indian hygienist lady who also works at the pediatric office. Go somewhere else if you can.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!!! They do not care. This office is beyond unprofessional. I went to this office due to an emergency only due to that fact that no one else could fit me in immediately. I had a root canal started in December of 2016 THAT IS STILL NOT FINISHED. We are now in the month of October 2017. I have been to this particular office to have them finish it on 6 separate occasions for the Doctor and Hygienists to give me different excuses as to why they could not finish it. The crown should have been put on, on the 2nd visit and done. The crown has been paid for in full, but due to unprofessional, childish behavior, sprinkled with a lack of knowledge, clearly, in this field,  it has yet to be finished. The office assistants will laugh and ridicule you and will never return your phone calls. Don't even bother wasting your time here. Find another dentist who will truly take care of you.

This office is extremely unprofessional,  the hygienist was rude and uneducated.  Once she was proven that a medical release was not needed to clean my teeth she kept debating the fact on why she thought she was right.  Sorry but how and why would I allow someone who just threw a hissy fit and was just extremely rude clean my teeth.  Best part is the office manager called to try to convince me to come back in. Not only did I sit in a chair for over an hr. , I had the hygienist try and pull her ignorance on me.  Not for me and I truly hope no one ever has to experience anything like that.  SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Very clean, professional, and friendly environment. They do wonderful work. The amount of time and effort they spend on each individual is phenomenal. Maybe the wait room seems a littke shaky because nobody wants to go to the dentist. They follow the guidelines and some people just can't handle that. I will continue coming to all access because I know I will be able to actually have REAL quality work done. If all you can complain about is the wait room and arguing then thats not a good enough excuse to give them a low rating. Keep striving All Access! Ill be back next week!

Worst place ever don't ever go here! They had me waiting for over an hour just to tell me that the doctor was too busy and couldn't see me after they told I would be seen since I was an emergency! The doctor didn't care at all super unprofessional and rude!
