The water heater at our house needed to be replaced. After calling no less than 8 companies, we decided on All Advance Plumbing & Energy because the quote Chally gave us was as least $150 less than the next cheapest quote and around $400 cheaper than the average quote we received.  His lower price does not equal lower quality of service, though.  On the contrary, Chally performed the replacement in a very timely-manner and his work seemed very professionally done.  He explained to us everything that needed to be done and never once tried to upsell us anything we did not need.  Overall, we are more than pleased with the service he provided us as well as the price in which we were charged.  In the future, we will be seeking out Chally and All Advance Plumbing & Energy for all our plumbing needs!

Chally Birchwood went above and beyond! He came to my house for a gas water heater installation on very short notice. Even though there was an inventory snafu at the store where I purchased the water heater during the pickup, Chally assured me he would be here on the day of the appointment. He was, and did an excellent job. 
The store's inventory error caused him to get here later than anticipated, but he was very informative during and after the installation. He had to stay past business hours to complete the job but was friendly and positive throughout. If I ever need a plumber again, I won't hesitate to contact Chally.
