I just used this service and was sold on the company when i spoke to them by the way the salesman prided his company on being "all inclusive price" by sending out a representative of their company to give us an "EXACT quote with NO EXTRAS". This in fact was not so about this company when all was said and done they had to remove a door to fit a particular piece of equipment that I own and charged an EXTRA $40 because it took a little longer than they expected... I dont understand what they sent out a representative for "an EXACT quote" if they are going to charge more for removing a stupid door... If i would have known I would have used a BY THE HOUR MOVER it would have saved me $$$ since it only took the company 4.5hrs to move my stuff and they said it was going to take 5-6hrs for $345. I thought I was getting a good deal but oh well...also wanted to let you know that i would recommend you pack your own then you'll know where everything is considering i had them pack my stuff and they didn't label any of the boxes and stuff was all mixed around.
On a good note the staff was friendly...

This company has experienced packers who knew what they were doing.  Very organized, very professional and the employees were supervised.  You have to know what you want and ask for it.
