I love real estate. Everyday is a great day to sell real estate. I know that sounds corny, but everyone should love what they do for a living and I do. The harder the challenge, the more I like it. I have sold many different styles of houses, such as: 100 year old historic house, condos, townhouses, gated community homes, waterfront homes, manufactured homes, vacant land, & landlocked property, managed and overseen remodeling projects up to $50,000, & handled quiet title suits to name a few. We have sold a prefabricated homes without cabinets, plumbing, or lighting fixtures to an owner occupant and netted top dollar for the seller.

We currently belong to Jax REIA (Jacksonville Real Estate Investors Association) & JRPN (Jacksonville Rental Property Network). These networks are filled with investors, Realtors, tradesmen, & lenders. Jax REIA has a guest speaker once a month and JRPN has a speaker twice a month. We get updated information on current market trends, new mortgage products, current real estate disclosure laws & other important topics.
Our marketing techniques are very effective and productive. For example, if we have a 2300 square foot home in an area of 1000 sq. ft homes, we will target people who do home daycare or other occupations from home. Oceanfront property needs to be advertised in Golf Digest or Better Homes & Garden. Send color brochures to neighbors, executives and CEO's of Corporations. Most of all maintain the attitude that there is always a way!
