Reliable and friendly, they know their stuff!

I called All Class to see if they could install airbags on my truck and to get a rough estimate.  I am not sure of the gentleman's name who answered the phone, but he told me that they could do it.  He than began to ask information about the truck and what kind of airbags I was looking to purchase.  I told him that I had already purchased a new airbag kit and only needed installation.  He than began to tell me that he couldn't tell me how much installation would cost but that he done an installation before for a customer and charged $180 but he didn't really make any money so he couldn't do it for that low again.  He also told me that he makes his money on selling the products and doesn't really make that much on installation.  He also told me "that is how the rv industry is".  I didn't appreciate how he treated me on the phone and felt that he was trying to make me feel bad for him.  I understand that being a small business is tough, that's why I tried to give them my business.  In the end, I went to Les Schwab where they installed them for $225 and thanked me for giving them my business.  I would have been willing to pay that much or even a little more at All Class, but not now.
