We have been taking our dog Ruby to see Priscilla for the past year. Before we found Priscilla, we tried the groomer at our vet where she had to be sedated b/c she didn't like the clippers on her legs. Ruby never was aggressive she just didn't like anyone touching her legs with the clippers.   I searched for a good 4-5 months for another groomer.  Looked at YELP and google reviews and found All Creatures Pet Grooming. I called 3 separate times and all spoke with different people and they assured me Priscilla would be able to handle Ruby without needing a tranquilizer.  Priscilla and her staff are fantastic! They make us and Ruby feel like we are a part of their family. Priscilla does a fantastic job each time we go and we are thankful to find a place we know and trust to groom Ruby.

They took great Care of my kitty! They even gave me a free gift after his grooming. I'd recommend this place, for sure!

Price gaugers. Made an appointment, received a callback and June informed that the prices went up. This place wanted to charge $75 to shave a 5-pound cat because "they're the only people in town that groom cats." You know how long it takes to groom a cat?  I have never liked the customer service here either and have been going here for 3-4 years. I can't believe that a haircut here used to cost $55+tip and now they think it should cost $75 because they're "the only cat groomer in town." Not so! And I won't be coming back ever!

Since around 2000 I have taken all of my dogs to All Creatures.  I live in Casselberry and still bring Pepper Rose to Patty and Priscilla. Pepper Rose gets excellent care. She LOVES going there!!!! (If you know Scotties you will know this is the highest praise that can be given.)
