It seems like a great place to go unless you are under 25 and/or black. I went in with a few friends looking to buy a hamster and one friend was looking to buy a fish. The older man working told us we were loitering even though we had not even made it through one aisle. Then he said to my friend who is black get out or I'm calling the police... Pathetic

Best experience I've ever had, The owners are very friendly and so helpful. The store is clean and organized. They took time to explain about their food products and I love their Happy Birthday little cupcakes dog treats. I think they're so cute.

Very nice store. The people that work here are very nice. Only downside for me is that sone things can be expensive.

Space wise it's pretty large. Selection wise not to much. They only have Guinea pigs, rabbits, and a chinchilla  for small animals. Two self serve dog was stations with stairs. However I would not be able to use them with my 120lbs dog. Clean and good lighting. Was in there for 10 minutes did not speak to an employee nor bought anything.

This store is a definate pass.  My family currently has a bunny that we rescued.  My wife went to this pet store on 4/25/18 at approximately 1830 to purchase a extremly overpriced bunny to provide companionship for our rabbit and the store owner refused to sell my wife a rabbit unless she bought a $150 chage and all the necessary food, medacine and accessories that the rabbit would or might need.  She expressed that we had all those items and more but the owner said that if she didn't pay for all that stuff to buy the rabbit that someone would...  Obviously the owner is in the pet business for the money and not for the love of the animals.  We will never go back to that pet store even if it was the last resort.

I feel that the animals are the priority not the money  but obviously this owner has prioritized money/profit over the animals.
