this company is a joke, dont be surprised if you dont get where youre going on time or its overpriced. 

all the drivers are heroin addicts from the area. they have a 1.8 star rating which blows my mind thats extremely generous. the dispatcher is so rude, im not surprised id hate myself if that was my career as well but dont take that out on the people who pay your small salary.

I spoke to a girl Sabrina. Maybe she was not feeling well that day. Anyway by the time she was telling me rudely that there was a one hour time wait. I didn't even want their service. Oh and All Island is Ollie's Taxi too. So to boot! You get Sabrina answering the same line!!! Whaaaaat!!! Rudeness coming at ya on both directions.

Taxi driver #71  Weg Dorce was talking on the phone , laud and disturbing, when he should know that drivers shouldn't talk on the phone.
Finally I ask him to please turn off the phone.
He was so agressive, and asked me about why I don't want him to talk since is his phone :(.
 I got another cab, and when I told the dispatcher about this, his answer was:
"Mmm some of them are like that, I get you another cab".
 Really?
Maybe he has to be in they side but I almost got the police or 311 and report it, maybe they change their behavior and start taking care of the security of their customers.

Rather than being professional, these drivers are extremely rude. They pool without asking if it ok with the customer. So today I had the audacity to inform the driver I will not be pooling with anyone, I will be the only  passenger in the vehicle. My phone had died which is why I resorted to stooping down to their level and discuss the issue with them. The grumpy old man decided to inform me that "he makes the rules." I didn't say a word and proceeded to the base. Maybe he is having a bad day at work so I just kept it moving.  Asked if they had an outlet (the outlet was practically on the ceiling) and I proceed to stand on the bench and charge my phone, I of course called an Uber (what any wise young adult would do). As I am getting into my Uber the secretary at base decided to screen over the loud speaker "did you really just use our electricity to call an Uber". I just got in the car and proceeded on. NOT ONE RUDE STAFF, BUT TWO. Perhaps if your staff was more approachable and didn't want to scam the company, maybe I would have went with the initial gentlemen. But this company is a disgrace, no customer service, absolutely no decensy in for the privacy people are looking for. If I like have wanted public transportation I would have jumped onto the NICE bus. Late at night I do not want to be in a taxi with men or women I do not know, and that could also be intoxicated at that. I'll just use your electricity and call myself an Uber, thanks.

This cab company is the worst. I needed them to come pick me up at the airport and the dispatcher was so rude. He told me not to call the cab company anymore because I am a waste of their time meanwhile his driver gave me the wrong information and took forever to get to the airport. I cancelled the transportation after 15 minutes went by and the cab was still not there. The dispatcher kept yelling at me "how am I going to pay my cab driver his gas." I apologized but told him his cab driver doesn't know where he is going I have been waiting for him and he has not arrived and is taking too long to get to me.  Dispatcher was very rude and disrespectful. He was argumentative and obnoxious DO NOT TAKE THIS CAB COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY THE ONE OUT OF ISLAND PARK, NY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING THIS CAB COMPANY YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH A UBER THEY ARE FASTER, REASONABLE AND NICER.  IF I CAN GIVE THIS 1/2 STAR I WOULD THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
