The sales guy was great. Pleasant and professional. But never checked in like he said he would. The movers in Peoria were good, even took them to lunch ($70). Funny and kind was the Supervisor, a few of the workers were lost without direction, but they got it done. Towards the end they ran out of boxes. The chose to use wardrobe boxes to finish up. They didn't plan for enough boxes and had no other reserves. Even gave them all the meat in my freezer ($100's) since it would go bad. They drove the truck to Rio Rancho, New Mexico and were to arrive at 5pm Friday. They called and said they would be there Sat. morning. My Husband was at this end, and I guess the guys just didn't hit it off with him. They unloaded quickly and just stacked things everywhere. Not in correct rooms and kinda in the center of the garage. I arrived in New Mexico the following weekend. I was shocked at how disorganized things were. I went into my new closet and my clothes and other things were dumped out. I found out that the drivers dumped my things and took the wardrobe boxes with them. Unprofessional. We paid $5000 for a professional move, but at the conclusion, all the professionalism just disappeared. We paid handsomely for a professional job, but this company was like hiring neighbor kids just in it for the money. We will use a different company in the future, a company that cares about repeat and referral business and maintains professionalism through he entire process.

Joseph Scotty Davis and Logan where awesome! They arrived on time then quickly packed up my old room and storage unit. They made great timing unpacking my stuff into my new space. Thank you guys for putting together my dresser and bed frame!

I gotta say the gentlemen that helped me today were amazing. They worked hard for things done and was fast. Great customer service. Willing to work on your schedule. We had good conversations while working. And most importantly they didn't destroy, break or tear any of my furniture with all the tight squeezes. I would difinatly recommend their services to anyone.

I didn't hire this company but I'm still rating because of this... I called last Monday to get a quote, and let them know I had to check with my husband and then call back. The quote was a bit too high for me, as I was moving out of a one bedroom apartment and moving 3 miles away. I didn't want to spend $350+. The part that bothered me most, the real reason why I didn't hire them is because they called me every single day since then, sometimes twice a day, several different people leaving me voicemails for 8 days in a row now. They say in each voicemail that I can call back to book them if I'd like. Well, I'm not calling back because I don't want to use them, yet they KEEP calling me. Its gotten very irritating. It concerns me how much they're struggling for business that they would call me that much.
