Diana set me up with the move and was easy to deal with. The day of the move, three men showed up, as contracted; however, only one of the three worked. Two of the guys did hardly any work for the move out portion of my move. I am a female who weights 117lbs & I had to carry furniture, totes, etc. down three flights of stairs because two of the guys didn't want to work. From the get go, one of them was complaining how he shouldn't have taken this job because he'd been in an accident the previous day & he hurt & he was abused as a kid so he had women issues. The other said he didn't want to ruin his body by hauling my boxes, totes, & furniture down the three flights of stairs I was paying $140/hour for them to do. I was carrying items down the back stairs so the guys could use the main stairs unobstructed & while all 117lbs of me was hauling down a 50lbs box, one guy carried my Victoria Secret umbrella down the stairs. That's all he carried!! Instead, one guy and me basically moved everything out of my apartment. It was so terrible and frustrating. I called and spoke with Diana, whom had already been notified by the one good mover that these guys weren't helping. She took $10/hour off my bill to account for a two man move team, which was me and one guy. Basically I paid them so I could move myself, which is the opposite of why I hired a moving team. She also took off the $15/flight of stairs. She had another guy come meet the first good one at the unload site & those two worked hard. For the last 20 minutes of the move I had the three guys I paid for for the last two hours. I really feel taken advantage of by this company. I was told if they charged me less than the over $900 I was charged for ~5 hours worth of work (2.5 of which I did more work than 2 able bodied men) that she wouldn't be able to pay the movers. Seriously disappointed and won't be recommending this company or using them for any future moves. Very upset and sad about this move.

Movers showed up on time and were quick to get my items moved. I would definitely use them again. The lady on the phone called a couple of days before my move date and went over every detail with me. I understood that there is a minimum and they also charge a fuel surcharge which is the same as most companies but I like the fact they are honest about it and don't try to hide it. I have told all of my friends as well. If you want a GREAT mover, call All My Sons!!!

Was  quoted  $250 ball park to move .  Arranged for move more than a week in advance.   was not informed that I would need to confirm 2 days before my move.  called to confirm with enough time to spare just to find out they Now wanted $450 to move me. seems this isn't the first time this has happened to somebody.   it's a scam.   if you make arrangements with these people be prepared to have to cancel or pay almost double the day prior when you can't find new Movers.  Thanks All My Sons!

I had one of the best experience with using them! The men were fantastic and didn't damage a thing. They came in and made sure on what they were moving and asked if anything needed to be broken down. They came in and did the move in a timely manor. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family for their move. When Diana called me to do the confirmation she went over everything again like the quote and if I had anything else that I needed to add to my move. She explained all the fees that were included and answered any of my questions that I had. The people that worked in the office were friendly and very easy to talk to. I paid less then $800 for my move. Again this is a wonderful company and everyone there is really nice. I did give the men a good tip for the excellent job that they did on my move!!!

I called the company to received a quote and gave them all the information they needed. The representative only told me it was $119/hour with 2 minimum hours plus 1.5 hour travel time. I asked was that all and he said yes. Another local moving company came to my house to provide me with a quote and I informed them that I was receiving quote from other companies. He asked if one was All My Son's and I said yes. He said asked how I felt about the quote I received from All my son's and I said it was reasonable. He asked if I was told about the 17% administrative fee and I said no, but I was not sure if I believed him or not. The next day All My son's called asking if I would like to schedule a  move. I asked them to give me a description of all their fees again. They said all the fees as they did before but no 17%. I said so is that all your fees that I will see on a bill. The rep said no there is a 17% admin fee. I explained to them that I had to hear it from another company first prior to them giving me a quote twice. I said no I will not be using the moving service since I was disappointed.
