My experience was great. Called Saturday for a Monday move. Didn’t have far to go less than 5 Miles. Only the big furniture had to be moved. Something I was not able to do. The three guys worked efficiently and were well mannered. I was very pleased with the move and glad I didn’t have to do it. The price was very reasonable.

I had high expectations for this company but this has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Two “experienced movers” were suppose to arrive at my apartment in Norfolk at 8:00am. They rolled in shortly after 9:00am, possibly hungover. No apologies about being late but I thought that at least they made it and I can now get moved. I drove to Omaha and when I got there I got a call saying that the truck broke down in West Point. I understand that happens- but waiting an hour to call me is unacceptable. 3 hours go by and I have to call t get an update. They have another truck that is going to meet them but it’s going to be several hours. At this point they have to reschedule for the following day so I have to stay in Omaha instead of heading back to Norfolk for work. They show up at 9am and are finished by 11. They promised a discount from the original $900 they estimated due to me have to wait over night to get my things & tardiness but I was still charged the full amount. I attempted to contact the customer care and never received a call back just an email stating “        I spoke to the manager at the Omaha office.  Your quote was a bound quote, had it been an hourly rated quote then the charge for 15 minute increments would have been in place.  The move was going to be cheaper at the bound quote than the hourly quote.  I am sorry the truck broke down, but even if this had not happened the bound quote would still be saving you money instead of the hourly quote.  Thank you.” All in all- DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like awful customer service and wildly inaccurate time frames.

My overall experience was good. Other than the crew were late by almost 2 hours and they had coordination issues in the beginning, but when they took the pace, it all went smoothly and quickly. I had a crew of Marcus, on which there was a new guy and one more person- don’t know his name but he was the most harwokijg among all of them. They took good care of our stuff and exceeded our expectations. All of us enjoyed Jimmy Johns at the end of the move. I will book this company again in future.

We've used All My Sons now for four moves and every time our experience has been great. We love their customer service on the phone, and they always send nice guys to move us - always friendly and able to get the job done in a timely fashion. 
This past move we had Maurice, Chris and Nick help us out, and it has been one of our best moves yet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and hope for these three guys!

We used All My Sons for an apt-to-apt move that was less than 5 miles apart from one another. We were quoted at $250 for the entire move and were told the movers would arrive between 4-6pm. Everything that was to be moved was well-packed in the living room. The contents to be moved included two desks, a mattress and boxspring, a headboard and frame (already disassembled), and around 10-15 medium sized boxes. We lived on the second floor and were immediately next to the elevators. We assumed this would be a very simple move. Our movers did not show up until 9pm. This was due to the customers before our time slot not accurately detailing how much was to be moved. While this was not the fault of All My Sons, we were greatly inconvenienced. Our movers did a decent job, but it was clear they were very tired from having just finished a 6 hour move. Myself and my fiance assisted with the move to help hurry everything along. However, when we got to the new apartment (they will not start unloading until you pay for the entire move), we were then given a final moving price of just over $500.... and were told if the unloading process took longer than estimated we would be charged more. The situation seemed to have a threatening undertone of "Yes, you're being charged more than double what you were quoted at. But, you better continue to help us move your things or else we will charge you even more." While the movers themselves were nice enough, we were treated more than unfairly. Our movers showed up 3 hours later than our designated moving time, they showed up over-worked and tired, and we were then charged over double the quoted price. Overall the experience was terrible and we will never again use All My Sons.
