Where to begin... our move was scheduled for 8am and the movers arrived at 3:30. It took them almost 4 hours to load a two bedroom worth of stuff, to the point my husband had to help. While loading the last item one of the movers hurt his foot. We were told they would have to park the truck with our stuff for a few days till they could find someone to unload it. My husband said NO! We will unload it. So I called my family (5 men) to come help. It was raining and my husband got in the truck to start unloading and the ramp's grip was wore off so he slipped fell off the ramp with a small refrigerator on top of him hurting his back and shoulder. My family unloaded the rest, which only took them about an hour. While unloading we noticed multiple things had been damaged! My new custom sectional, our slate top firepit table, our stainless steel fridge, etc. A total of about $3200 of damage. I filed a claim and was told I didn't get extra insurance (which was never mentioned to me) so they said they covered $0.60 pee lb damaged,them offered me $160 which isnt even the sorry $0.60 they said they were liable for. Are you kidding me!!! What a joke. I will be looking into an attorney for damages and the injury my husband suffered at the hand of their neglected to do their job! Do not use them. Warn everyone you know.

My wife had problems with customer service, they tried to cancel our move. I didnt appreciate all the  fees, wasnt ready for that. The crew was on point though (3 guys out of the 4)

Very disappointed with the customer service. The representative change the appointments at last minute 2 times, and then leave with out waiting for the customer to go outside even though the customers has problems such as handicapped. Very rude and unprofessional woman. Never will recommend a business with this company.
