Please. Stay away. They are the most incompetent, bad educated and ignorant establishment that I have the displeasure to deal with in my life. I only order online flowers with the guaranteed to be delivered at a specific time and I was assured the it would be done. Giving a 1 star because can't give ZERO here. But is my fault to not read the reviews before.

Ordered two arrangements for my mothers funeral. This was the only florist open on a Saturday afternoon I could find in Sevierville. (Mom died Friday evening, funeral was Monday afternoon, so had to order Saturday to get them in time.) Showed them an online arrangement I liked from Teleflorist priced at $375. Told them since it was a closed casket service it would need to be longer to cover most of the casket and trail off the sides somewhat. They said no problem cost would be $650. Also ordered a second standing arrangement that would match the casket spray from the grandchildren. When the flowers arrived the casket spray only covered about 2/3 of the casket with nothing trailing off the sides. In fact, it looked like they copied the teleflorist arrangement and charged me double. The other arrangement had "gandmother" incorrectly spelled on the ribbon. When I took the ribbon back and talked with the lady at the reception desk she said "it was awful" and she would have the owner call me to discuss the issues. It has been 6 weeks and NO ONE has called me. These people are shady. I should have followed the reviews as they were dead on. Don't know how these people are still in business. I had almost $1,000 in two arrangements, and they screwed up both. BEWARE.

KEEP DRIVING! Stopped in on our way to elope. She had 3 pre-made arrangements in a 3 door cooler display case. After my fiance came out unable to get a bouquet in less than a couple hours and having grown up in flower shops, I went in and asked for 3 tulips, baby's breath and some fern. She said all she had were those few pre-made arrangements and didn't keep anything in stock. She is a liar and after reading reviews, its safe to say also a cheat. BEWARE!

A little dissatisfied with the arrangement I bought, not as grand as it looked in the photos. But my main complaint is that I was double charged for the order. Unfortunately I did not notice on my credit card until a couple months later. I tried calling the business and was told the owner was the only one that could research and refund the charge. Had to call back 10+ times in order to get them to admit they charged me twice. I was told the charge would be refunded to my card. Had to call back several more times after being told it would be refunded, only to be told, "he (the owner) is working on it." The owner was always gone, never in the store, always at his "other" businesses taking care of them. Never once spoke to him, never received an apology. This was back in November, and I STILL have not seen the credit to my account. At this point, I am completely fed up with them and cannot waste any more time pursuing the $54.00 that was essentially stolen from me. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use this florist again.

I am not going back here!! They had no books to help you out! Lady showed me a few things. I found one flower arrangement I liked. Payed a good bit for it!!! It was delivered on time! But wasn't anything like the flowers she showed me!! It was about 3 times smalled and it was a joke!! I was ashamed of it! It was worth about 10 dollars!! I could have went to walmart and got a better flower!!! Becareful if you go here!!!
