Exceptionally disappointing. Do not expect ANY customer service that is standard to all others in the floral business. They unapologetically looked at me as if I had three heads when I first requested "Picasso Calla Lilly's" Period - not even and attempt to look up what these beautiful classic flowers were. "There is no such flower. Well, I've never heard of such I flower. i Won't order one dozen for you (LOT'S of $), It was my first anniversary. They are so steadfast in ignorance they refused to open a book, or look them up on Google, they were for my First Wedding Anniversary. The roses the finally ordered "fresh" from the flower market died after 4 days. I called for replacements. They were indignant that I requested that they deliver the replacement one dozen roses to me - 3/4 of a mile away from the store maximum. I only had time to fit their weekend hours, the replacements roses were half dead when I picked them up. They CHIDED me for putting off picking them up in accordance to the absurd store hours. They have no idea what to do except order flowers they learned about in Kindergarten. I wasted a fortune, and they are indignant, and I hate to speak this way, yet they are proud of their ignorance. There is more . . . I've wasted too much time. There are no decent florist in this local in Massachusetts. I've just moved here and reviews from people living on the Rt 495 belt are completely unreliable; everyone accepts horrid service aand marginal products. I don't understand. Businesses do exist that earn and deserve their good reputation and reviews.

I received a bouquet of flowers from my sister Diane from this flower shop. All I can say is fantastic, beautiful, amazing. The flowers are extremely fresh and aromatic. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!! I would highly recommend!
