Rented a unit for 3 days n realized it was too small so I emptied the unit out n sent them an email giving them my 2 week notice n even called n left a message to make sure they got the email n I still haven't heard from them

The owners are the most kind and caring people, you'll ever meet. The location is excellent.  The rental rates are great.
