I was driving an 18 wheeler when the truck was stopped for an inspection in San Jon, New Mexico. It was placed out of service due to a mechanical issue. All-Rite Towing and repair went out of their way to get the part and to make sure the repair was fixed in a timely fashion to get me back on the road. To my surprise, however, the company that I worked for refused to pay for the repairs. After numerous attempts to collect on the payment, All-Rite had to make the decision to impound the truck due to nonpayment for work done. They allowed me to gather my things from the truck, and even gave me a ride to the hotel. They were very nice to me despite the circumstances involved. I am deeply grateful to them and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing repair.

I ran out of gas 20 miles away from their office. Was told it would be $1.75 per mile they had to drive, $100 for them to come out, plus the cost of 3 gallons of gas. I stated that it sounded like highway robbery and was told "if you hadn't run out of gas we wouldn't rob you"
Did not do business with them. Admiting and sounding proud that you rob people isn't a great way to do business.

Have a friend that went to their facility to have a 15 amp plug put on the power cord for her vintage trailer  plug cost $8 they charged her $95 for 10 minutes labor
