The owner, Ann, was a very nice and accommodating lady. She was very helpful. The apartment we stayed in was nicely furnished and comfortable. However, the ads for All Seasons Lake Lodge were very misleading. They lead you to believe that the lake is right outside your back door. Unfortunately , there is an upstairs apartment. I was not aware of that. We are in our sixties and had to drag all of our stuff up a long flight of stairs, and every time we did anything it was up and down the stairs. Also, there was no air conditioning and being on the second floor, it was like being in an attic. It was so hot! All in all it was a disappointing trip for us and we left early.

Great place. Right on the lake, good fishing. Great views. Very clean. Great host. My favorite place in Pagosa Springs.
