I’m not usually an online reviewer, but this business leaves a lot of opportunity for feeling like you’ve had a positive experience. They are incredibly pleasant when you pick up and drop off, they do their very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and I’ve always thought they did a great job at a reasonable price. They also send coupons randomly for their services that are actually usable. I sometimes find businesses will send obscure coupons that don’t really apply to you, but in this case I’ve actually used a few!. When our old dry cleaner went out of business I was looking for a locally owned, customer service focused dry cleaning company and definitely feel like I found it!  I would absolutely recommend Stephen’s Cleaners.

I’ve been going to this business for over 20 years. They consistently provide excellent service, friendly interactions, wonderful care with all of our clothing.  Back when we were both working & the economy was good, we used their pick up & drop off service too which was a HUGE help. The dry cleaner near my home had changed their hours, so I could only drop off or pick up on my one single weekday off.Not ideal! I decided to try Stephen Cleaners as they are near my work. I was quite impressed with how they welcomed me as a new customer, their 24-hour drop off option, and their follow up e-mail thanking me for using them. Marlene was top notch! Wedding Dress was there awhile but they had let me know that during our consultation. They did a fabulous job, especially on the bottom of the dress and even took time to package a special token inside the preservation box that meant everything to the Bride. I took my wedding dress to Stephen’s Cleaners to be cleaned and preserved, and Marlene and the team did an INCREDIBLE job! I had an outdoor mountain wedding so my dress was very dirty at the bottom and I didn’t think it could be saved. When they were done with it, it looked brand new! They took such great care of my dress and were so warm and helpful, and had great communication. I have relied on Stephen Cleaners in the Crowfoot NW location for all my dry cleaning needs. They are attentive to my regular dry cleaning requirements along with any special cleaning needs. All the staff are exceptional in service and friendliness. Plus, they still offer free dry cleaning to anyone who is unemployed in helping them be presentable for job interviews. Absolutely wonderful! Took them a little over a day which was perfect for me. Came in with stains all over my outfit that I couldn’t remove and left with it looking brand new. I used Stephens cleaners to take a stain out of my Canadian Goose jacket that I honestly didn’t think they would be able to get out, and they not only got the stain out my jacket but it looks brand new. Stephens cleaners have dry cleaned my clothes for over twenty years. I work in fashion so how I dress needs to be a representation of my work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my clothes.  The staff are always so friendly and attentive with any requests. Perhaps most importantly I love that this is a family business, as I really see the value in supporting other local Calgarians.

My tablecloth had a few stains and I really didn’t think it would come out. Upon picking up my tablecloth to my total amazement it looked brand new. The counter staff is also so friendly! Thank you Stephen Cleaners!Service:&nbsp;Eco-friendly cleaning
