Took our campershell in to have the windows seals replaced because they were leaking. When we dropped it off we told them that we would be leaving town the following Friday, this was on a Thursday. We were promised that it would be ready Tuesday. Wednesday morning we called and were told that the service department was not answering the phone and that she would walk out to the shop and call right back. Two hours later we had to call her and were told that it was ready. My husband went to pick it up and guess what, it leaks. All they did was put silicone around the windows. IT STILL LEAKS! $240 for silicone. I will be contacting a lawyer for service not rendered according to the contract.

These guys are great. If they don't have something you need they will order it or send you where you can get it.  And they are reasonable on there prices. Thank you All seasons Rv.

We've had our trailer there for several months. They said it was completed and ready for pickup and when we got there none of the repairs were done that they said they would had done. Supply takes forever when you order parts. Bought a brand new Jayco camper from them and have had more problems with that camper in the time that we've had it and it was worth. I would never shop there again.

We purchased our travel trailer 3 months ago. Made an appointment after a trial run to get warranty work done. Our appointment was on a Monday at 8:00, we told them we were going on a trip they said they would get it fixed, after not hearing from them after a week my husband called and they hadnt even started it. We told them to fix what they could and after our trip we would bring it back. The lady at the counter said they have so much warranty work services to do on trailers thsts the delay. (That tells you how bad quality of Jayco is). We got an email from our salesman saying its been 3 months since we purchased it and he hopes were happy. Today we woke up to a flooded kitchen area all the way to bathroom. Its a keak between the walls. Now were cutting our trip short to get home and have this repaired. My fear is the mold that may grow in the walls, the insulation and if the cabinetry will warp. I sent the salemans an email this morning but haven't heard back from him. I will nit refer people to this dealership or recommend JAYCO.
