I went to All Smiles dental last Monday because I have a cavity in my tooth. They examined me and suggested a root canal be done. They don't do root canals there and gave me 2 different places to go. They also told me after the root canal that I need to come back and get a crown put on to protect the now dead tooth, but everytime I called to get an appointment for the crown they couldn't fit me in. I had a deep cleaning scheduled for tomorrow at 12 and asked if I can change it from a cleaning to a crown appointment and the receptionist denied me. Apparently they go to lunch at 1230 and a half hour isn't enough time for a crown. So this dentist cares more about his 1230 lunch than his patient's dental health. This is both sad and disappointing.

Been going here for a year and the staff is amazing! The office has planes all over, the doctor will keep you laughing, and the assistant kept me comfortable. They keep a relationship with the customers and I'm usually in the room when I walk in the front door. Fun, clean environment.

I visited Dr. McCoys office a few months ago. I got two teeth extracted and he did phenomenal. From the anesthetic to the actual extraction, everything was pain free. As for his staff, the assistant was very nice. She talked me through the whole procedure step by step. Dr. McCoy is an intelligent man and keeps you laughing the entire time. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. I've recommended this office to several friends of mine and they all have loved it. I will be sure to send more friends their way. -Your faithful patient, Ryne.

Dr. McCoy and his entire staff are excellent. They are great with my kids and have helped my 10 year old over his fear of the dentist after a bad experience 2 years ago. If you are in the Ocoee area and in need of a dentist go to All Smiles Dental they are awesome!

My husband told me he needed to reschedule his cleaning appt until he could find a babysitter for our daughter, who by the way was VERY WELL behaved for a toddler at the time of appt after the fact they took dental xrays. They state that ONLY the patient is allowed in the dental clinic area. I understand there are policies and they need to be enforced. This is where I could totally understand my husbands frustration. He was called back into the clinic area to get dental X rays along with my daughter then was told to have a seat back in the waiting area. Moments later he was called up and said he needed to reschedule UNTIL he had a babysitter. Why would they take him back in the first place for dental X rays if he needed to get a sitter and office POLICY states only patient in clinic area? Thats wastw of time.I had an appt a week or two later and I expressed to the front staff mine and my husbands frustration , it didn't seem like they cared. In fact I recieved a TYPED, MISPELLED, barely ink on the type letter from the doctor stating he does not wish to have us as patients any longer due to me stating they handled the situation with my husband and daughter unprofessionally, I wasnt looking to change office policy it just would have been nice to hear an apology, or we are sorry you feel that way. that's just common, patient staff relationship.we couldn't get a sitter I work full time! My point is its All Or nothing! Dont charge my husband dental xrays but then refuse to let him keep his dental cleaning because he needs a sitter. They should have stating it in the beginning when he walked through the door and NEVER take him back into the clinic.
