I've bought three vehicles from All Star in  the past 10 years. Two of those have been from All Star Ford in Prairieville. I've never had a problem until this last vehicle. We encountered some mechanical issues with the vehicle within the 30 day window. After working through the issues, we were able to compromise to a resolution. Thankful for the management team for being willing to compromise as well and conduct business in  a personal, yet professional manner.

Awesome experience working with Kristel! She sold me a truck for a heck of a deal! She also showed me every single feature and how to operate all of the new technology that the 2017 f250 has to offer!! Extremely satisfied with the customer service provided!

I put my car in on Tuesday expecting to get it back later in the week. I was very pleased that it was complete early the following day. What is even better is that the service tech kept me informed as to what was going on. In the past my experience with the All star service department has been frustrating to put it mildly so this was a very nice change. Keep up the good work!

im still AMAZED how incompetent this service department is. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They pulled my truck around and as I drove down airline two tires began violently wobbling and banging in the wheel well. I was fortunate that I didn't hit the car next to me as I began to lose control in the rain and was able to stop on the shoulder. Let this sink in if you are looking for a service department!!!!! They didn't put the tires on with the lug nuts!!!!! Did the service manager apologize? NOPE, Mr. personality walked right past me and didn't acknowledge me at all. He just went in his office as if this is a normal occurrence and someone else offered me a free oil change and rotation for the next visit. I'll decline that and won't be back. I wouldn't trust this dealership to change my wiper blades. I believe they would fly off on airline hwy like my tires almost did.  If you care about your family's safety I'd stay away from this circus.

For me, the car buying experience has always been one of my least favorite things in life.  I've bought MANY cars/trucks in my lifetime and my recent purchase as All Star Ford has been the most pleasurable that I can remember.   I feel I was treated fairly, my salesperson Jessica, was excellent.  She seemed honest, sincere, a good personality and happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns.  I've bought several vehicles from various All Star locations but I can assure anyone asking, All Star Ford in Prairieville will be my first stop from now on.  They made the process of separating me from my money much more tolerable.
