This place is scam and fraud people. 
I ask and they accept my request of replace my phone 4weeks ago. 
I wait and wait even after 4 weeks but they never give me return call.
Therefore I made a call to the guy works at there, when he pick up my call starting to yelling at me "we are so busy but we will help you please wait and give us moment" 
Really? yelling at customer? I didn't raise my voice or starting to use bad language on them.
5 weeks of waiting is not a joke. 
So my last option, i called Verizon directly, then what happen? 
Verizon send me replacement box the next day and replace my phone within 3 days. 
This place is worst and fraud and lier people down here. 
Verizon web site and Apple Recycle web site shows my phone can be trade in price was "$175" so when to the store show them a web site and other store recommend price list but store refuse it 
"Our best trade in value is "$60"
Don't go this place it's fraud and scam people.

PS. This place will not explain about your "Grandfa Plan" they love to delete your plan without telling you.

This is fraud store.. they sell used damaged phones to older people who doesn't know about smartphones and charges full price..

Customer service is not a part of this location's business. I walked in with the intent to switch to Verizon and hoped to test out a couple of phones. I was greeted with a stale, "Can I help you?" I expressed my intent but was not asked any follow up questions.

The man watched me like a hawk as if I was going to steal something. I definitely felt some prejudice in this predominantly Korean plaza.

I asked if they had any demo phones. And simply got a head shake. No verbal response. I left.

This place literally spams all phone numbers in the 714 area with half-Korean, half-English text message ads.  Call them, they'll verify it.  Really annoying and totally unacceptable business practices.  That's a good way to get on the FCC's bad side.

The sign on the door says they're open until 7pm, I get there with more than 30 minutes until 7pm and they tell me that they're closed...GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS...STAYING AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
