I HIGHLY recommend All Starr Air 72 degrees! I had been gone for a fundraiser for 3 days. Walk into my house and it was 85 degrees!!! Condenser unit just running but nothing coming out of registers. I googled and called. They were here within an hour or so. My inside unit was frozen solid! So they prepped it to give it more hot airflow to melt faster and he said he'd be back 1st thing this morning. They showed up after their last job just to check to see if it was thawed out enough to get it working...on their own time!!!! Unfortunately, still too much ice! Showed up at 10 til 9 this morning, 10 minutes earlier than expected, got everything checked out, cleaned my filters, checked my charge, got my air working within 30-45 minutes WITHOUT costing me my 1st born!!! Then gave me a heads up that my coil is looking a little rough...I asked for a quote so I could save money instead of having an enormous unexpected expense...quote was VERY reasonable! Also told me about another device I could use to help ducts and filters since I have dogs, that was NOT expensive, but was not an overbearing sales person!!! They put it on my quote as an optional extra! They apologized for my inconvenience, they were so respectful and nice and VERY affordable! I recommend EVERYONE to call them if you need any service, repair or replacement!

Came to do a "Free" estimate then just quoated me on a new unit and not a repair. Then charged me $85 service fee.    After asking how much they charge for refrigerant I knew he was trying to rip me off. It was almost double the price as everyone else. Called the owner and all he did was talk down to me so I went with another company for almost half the price for a new unit. Do not use this company!

After calling several companies they were the only ones who were available that day for an estimate. We needed a new unit installed. Called them on a Monday had nice cold air by Wednesday!! The technicians they sent were very courteous and even stayed to make sure everything was working properly!

Bizarre experience.  Didn't listen to what I had to say, insulted me, then pushed me to buy.... wtf.  

The service technicians - Chris and Lance - were both very professional, and informative, which is why I give two stars instead of one, but the owner definitely lost this sale.  The owner was a no show/no call for a sales consult, but I gave him another chance.  Instead of being grateful for the opportunity to still have my business, here are the things that happened when the owner showed up to get an estimate for what it would cost to install a new heat pump and A/C system:

- Pushed me for several minutes toward financing the cost, which I said up front that I wasn't interested in.
- Offered unsolicited advice on why I should put in a new HVAC system before replacing a leaky roof (which would leak onto the brand new HVAC?), and suggested that I patch the leaks with ductwork sealant.
- Told me that an old vehicle that I have for sale was junk that "would be worth more for scrap metal."
- Said that the awful chemical sewage smell that permeates all of Brunswick was likely coming from some mold on a minor retaining wall next to my house.
- Told another customer who called his cell phone during his visit that she would have to go without heat that night.  To me, he said it was because "she's had three weeks to call and waited until now."

Seriously not recommended.  I was trying to give this guy my money, but I'll use somebody else instead.

The team at All Starr Air was incredible. Did a great job of not only fixing our unit but also following up. Very Prompt ,Clean & Courteous would highly recommend to anyone.
