All-Tex Insurance is an independent insurance agency. We have two locations to serve you. Both locations are located in Jesse James Real Estate in Llano and in Buchanan Dam. We currenlty write insurance for Germania, Foremost, National Lloyds, The Republic Group and Unitrin. We can insure home, liability, life, auto, commercial, builders risk, renters, flood and mobile homes. Call Joey, Tiffani or Emily for your insurance needs.

I spent 2 months calling for a quote for a new business.  I was constantly told that I would have a quote in a couple of days.  Nobody would ever call me back.  I was trying to support a local business.  One day after calling and leaving many messages I dropped by and the person who I had been dealing with was sitting at her desk doing nothing.  I asked why she had not returned my calls and she gave me the run around.  I asked if she just did not want my business and she said no that she would have a quote in a week.  She never returned my calls.  Horrible customer service.  I called another company in San Antonio and had a policy in 3 days.
