Paul was very professional upon coming to my house. It's was 9PM On a Sunday night and my kitchen sink starts overflowing with water and damages my flooring and carpet. I reached out to many other companies to help me and none of them came out Paul was my last hope. He eagerly desired to come and help.  With his expertise he found the problem in my basement to be a frozen line. Paul dissasembled the pipe and defrosted it with his hot water setup. He put my piping back together and showed me my sewer drains all the way to the sewer city drain that they were clean! I was highly satisfied by Paul's excellence because it's was about 11 at night and Paul was helping out. Truly an amazing company I recommend Paul 100 percent and will use him in the future if anything happens.

The work of this operator is proficient, but you should be aware that he charges 2-3 times the market pricing, unless you compare him to the major national service, which is also priced above market.  Additionally, built into his pricing is a kickback/referral fee he admittedly gives to whomever recommends him.You are best to acquaint yourself with the local services and pricing available in advance of your need. Have at least two contractors in your address book. Unfortunately, on the day I needed the service, my normal servicer wasn't available and I paid $1,170 for two hours of work to this guy.  For similar service jetting service, I more recently paid $150.

Coming home after a long stressful day at work I walked thru the door and thought our dog had an accident in the house.  After going thru the house I opened the basement door and the smell really hit me.  I called 3 other companies as my pipe had water coming out if it and was spreading across the floor towards the furnace. After waiting two hrs and NO Return calls from ANY of the other companies I looked up on Google and saw the good review and high rating and called.  Within 30 minutes Mr Bissonnette was walking down into my basement and knew what was wrong.  He made phone calls to the appropriate people and by midnight Service Master was cleaning out the basement and the problem was resolved.  I will never call another service.  Thank you so very much for a positive end to a very long day

Two things are important to me when choosing a business, integrity and competence. Paul and All Things Sewer and Drain are high in both. While trying to get my pool open for my wife's 40th birthday party, Paul cleared his schedule and responded immediately. He was able to quickly clear a clog in my line preventing me from getting the pool clean AND made a suggestion of how he could use his equipment to help me get the temperature up before the party the next day. From the quick response, to the compassionate and caring service to the out of the box thinking that helped solve my issues, Paul and All Things Sewer and Drain saved the day!
