Great family owned company with amazing customer service. If I ever have a problem which is rare, they come right out and work on my lawn. I have been a customer for 5 years now and my lawn looks incredible. My neighbors are always asking who does our lawn! I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Overall, I am very pleased with the way my lawn looks now. We had weeds and the lawn was pretty thin looking in our back yard before we started service but now we pretty much never see weeds and the grass is filling in. I like that we get a phone call before they come out and anytime I have needed to talk with someone in the office it has been quick and easy

Would give ZERO if possible. Worst service possible. Weeds have been out of control since beginning of the year and we've made calls every month. They keep trying to upsell and say a "Manager Visit" will be scheduled. The so called "Manager Visit" have happened for months. Calling them out on this the person on the phone claims the only record they have of is calling is from 2 weeks ago. Promptly cancelled service. Also, every time we call they bring up that we're getting a great rate for our neighborhood. That shouldn't matter at all. Any vendor that thinks you don't deserve quality service bc of a " great rate" is not someone you want to work with. It's a great rate if you want weeds. 

Also, they always claim someone sprayed or the manager came out. Except I work from home and my office window looks right out to front lawn. They definitely don't come out when claimed.

They try but I don't know that they know how to control weeds.  Since I have been a customer (3 years) my lawn has continued to get progressively worse. We even put out new sod and now its covered.  All Turf keeps making excuses but I'm just done.  Sorry can't continue to pay for bad service.

I've been an All Turf customer for the last couple of years and have been pleased with the results of regular weed control/fertilizer services, until the last month or so. I had premium round 5 services done on 6/5/17 and per the service invoice, the technician "applied a mixture of fertilizer and weed control to entire lawn", with an application for the bermuda in the front yard and what was to "likely be the final full-lawn spraying for the fescue in the back yard, until the fall". The only problem is, I forgot to unlock the gate to the backyard, and therefore, the technician could not have possibly applied anything to the fescue in the back.  The invoice clearly reflects the regular service charge for weed control/fertilizer applications for both turf/lawn types.  I called the company the following day and explained the issue and was told that someone would be out to apply the application to the back yard, in fact, I've had to call back 2 more times since then, as no one has shown up to complete the application. It is now been a little over  2 weeks and still there has been no call ahead to inform that a technician would be out to complete the application. Prior to this issue, I had a situation where my payment was, what I assume, lost in the mail. Up to that point I did online bill pay with my bank and had never had an issue with a payment reaching the company. I ended up contacting the bank and stopping payment on the check, and issued another check. I'm not sure what's going on, but the customer service is definitely not where it was when I initially started using All Turf.  I'm in the process of securing another company for weed control/fertilizer services.
