Pretty much a joke. Trying to rip my grandmother off. Had an insurance claim, which they were well aware of, grandmother paid the 3k deductible, they did the work and pretty much waited on insurance. The whole time charging my grandmother 800 dollars in late fees,which she knew nothing about.    Kind of a shady business. Was hard to get ahold of. Kind of like he avoids problems so he can take advantage in the end. Considering she's 84 and tried to contact him multiple times before work was even performed. Asked for a quote multiple times and never got one. Also, while awaiting for the insurance company to cut the check to him, he threatened her saying she was responsible for the time being, because he didn't have enough money to pay his help and wondered if she could get a loan so he could pay them. An 84 year old women. He was well aware of the insurance situation in the beginning. Now he's trying to rip her off almost 1000 bucks in late fees.

Job ended up costing almost twice what I was quoted.  When I confronted the owner and installer regarding the final product (which was substandard at best), the owner allowed the installer to use and call me every profanity in 
the book.  I would highly recommend steering clear of this business.

All Valley Flooring made moving out of my apartment much more of a hassle than it should have been. I had an appointment to have my carpet cleaned on Saturday, the last day of the month (and of my lease). When I made the appointment, I explained my situation, that the property management company required me to have the carpet cleaned before my lease ended, and emphasized that I needed a firm commitment to show up. Nevertheless, they called me Saturday morning to postpone until Monday. The property manager was understanding and extended my deadline until Monday. Monday, All Valley failed to show up and didn't bother to call me to let me know that. Tuesday morning, I called them and spoke to the owner, who assured me they would be there Tuesday afternoon. After several more rounds of assurances that they'd be there by a certain time and me calling when the certain time had passed, they finally showed up at 9:00 pm, three days and seven hours after the original appointment. As far as I know, they did a fine job of cleaning the carpet.

It started off real well when James came to do the estimate the same day I called to ask for one and then it went down hill after the job was done.  The estimate process is one to watch out for - significantly low balled the price and then when we tried to explain how my husband had to do most of the work with our own tools - he would have nothing to do with reducing the labor on the bill.  Having been in the construction trades for over 30 yrs I have never seen such a lack of integrity regarding James work ethics,  and oh boy when it came to TRYING to settle up the bill - forget it!  Deceptive, dishonest and down right mean.  James simply said - pay the bill or I'll see you in court.  Seriously who does business like this?   Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would.

Worst business experience in over 30 years. Deceptive, dishonest, overcharged. Owner tried every way possible to maximize the bill. Convinced us to replace real Oak floor with simulated wood product, and then tried to charge us for the real wood. Tried to install the product without the plywood sub-flooring required. We stopped the work until plywood was installed. Charged us for moving furniture, which they did not do. Showed up without a working saw, and had to use mine.
Would NEVER do  business with them again, even if it means going to Missoula (70 miles away) instead.
