I took my 20 week year old puppy and my 8 year old dog in for vaccinations this morning. My puppy was suppose to have 2 vaccines DHP and Rabies. My dog was suppose to have Bordetella vaccine. The vet came in and was calling them by the wrong names and putting the vaccination labels on the wrong pages. I corrected her and she fixed her error on her papers and started to call them by their correct names. The puppy went first and she gave her the DOGS Bordetella vaccine! (She had that 4 weeks ago!) "And said okay, all done. Next one." I said, "no she is the puppy, she needs two vaccines. DID YOU JUST GIVE MY DOG THE WRONG ONE!" She then said, "yes i did, dont worry it happens all the time. She'll be fine."  Thankfully, they didn't charge me for the extra vaccine, but even the front desk lady acted like it happens all the time. Um, can we say malpractice! It's their job to provide care for our animals to the best of their abilities. I do not believe they cared about the well being of my animals.

I'm appalled that this error even happened and even more appalled to their reaction to their error.

I have taken all my dogs here for a long time! (10+ years). I know everyone by name and I love them. You can tell they love what they do and are good at it. Very compassionate people. I would never go elsewhere. I trust them completely.

Amazing people work there. Super friendly. I felt like family there. They took great care of my dog ten years ago and they did the same today.

As I entered the clinic the receptionist at the desk failed to acknowledge my existence for about two full minutes as I stood right in front of her she continued to stare at her computer and read something from a folder . After I continued to stand there for a second to see if she was going to even acknowledge me she rolled her eyes and slowly and methodically looks up at my father and I as we try to explain to her what we need done today she sounds very exasperated and rude, continuously rolling her eyes and moving at the pace of a slug . I am also an a receptionist and I know how hard it can be to have a stellar attitude every day but I have never seen worse service in my life ! I won't ever go there again . I am disputed with the receptionists attitude. I'm a firm believer are in first impressions and this women failed  miserably !!!

Clinic day for inexpensive shots is great. But expect to wait if you arrive early. There's a line at 8 am.
