I have used them to handle all sorts of difficult title services in California as well as Nevada for years. The knowledge Kerrie has is literally greater than in more than one instance that of the DMV office supervisor. To make it simple, if you have a tricky title issue or a simple registration, they are the ones to go to. Prices are actually about 1/3 of what others charge and they do it by volume I would think as a lot of franchise car dealers use then instead of doing it themselves if that tell you anything . I will be using them again in the future. I call Kerrie the YODA of DMV!

As luck would have it, a friend of mine decided to use the services of AVRS to register their company with the USDOT and Ca for their Motor Carrier Permit. After months of no help from them, they asked me to intervene to assist them. From the start, their customer service and knowledge was atrocious. The representative handling the account had to have been reading from a script. The applications they filed on behalf of my friend were inaccurate and would have made them auditable by the State/Federal Government for issues that don’t even pertain to them. They must use a cookie cutter template. Even after I completed the application for the rep correctly, they still made errors by signing in the wrong spot, causing the DMV to delay the application, requesting additional information. My friend paid them over $1000.. A profit to AVRS of $500 to complete two forms and an on-line registration.

Bottom line, in this case, they sold sub-par service, delayed filings and had the audacity to chastise me for “belittling” the rep when I called them out for the errors/omissions made. I’m sure in some respects they do the job they are over paid for, but if you’re asking for something outside of the normal, explain what you need in DETAIL or seek another firm.
