My husband and I used this company to move us from a third floor apartment to a house.  They game us a quote of $500 and said there would be no hidden prices or upcharges or surprises.  When they got there, they brought the wrong dolly for the stairs.  They were bringing down only one piece at a time.  It was taking so long, they said "We've got to call in another guy.  Don't worry, we won't charge you.  The quoted price remains the same."  In the meantime, my husband started to help them move.  For every one box they moved, he moved four boxes.  

In the end, my kitchen table, t.v. console, and BRAND NEW baby crib had GOUGES in them in addition to the other scratches and scrapes.  My dvd stand and couch were noticeably broken and leaning.  When it was all said and done and time to pay they said "Well...it took longer than we expected and we did have to bring in another guy, but I feel bad about your wife's crib so we'll just keep it the $500."  It took longer because THEY were ill prepared.  Their whole statement was riddled in dishonesty.  

Bottom Line:  They were nice, but did not handle my belongings with care.  They were slow and not completely true to their word.  I could not recommend them to anyone else.
