I reached out to them to inform them about the scratches that came from the brushes. However it was told to me that it's not the case. I asked for a full refund and I would take care of the scratches. She told me she can not help me nor would she get me in contact with management all she would do is hang up. So I will take the necessary steps to get it repaired and take them to court for total reimbursement . After all I asked to get was my full refund.

BEWARE!!!!   I had the worse experience at this car wash. It completely took off my back windshield mechanism. Called customer service.  She was useless. Said there are signs stating damage can happen.  So I said anyone with a windshield wiper (WHICH IS EVERY VEHICLE) should not use it.  She had nothing else to say.  Said she would give me an address of a different wash.  NO THANK YOU.  Will never use this company’s car wash —All Washed Up Auto Spa!!!!!   So my $12 car wash cost me $82!!!!!!  Had to give one star in order to post.

Kinda ghetto little wash. The brush less is fine, but the brushed left marks.

Worker went on a 5 minute rampage about the trash can being full, dropping the f-bomb at least 15 times. Very unprofessional service. On top of that the self cleaning vacuum doesn’t work very well.

Didnt even know this was tucked away so it made for a convenient stop. I recommend a self serve bay though... Went through the wash and it couldn't properly remove the bird poop on the side of the vehicle. That was for the $11 wash too. But if your car just wants a light wash, sure go here because they at least have one of the nicer systems for a touch less wash.
