I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Allaire and his team for both my mother and my grandfather. In both experiences, they have been incredibly helpful in assessing each family member and what is best for each of them. The Medicaid process can be very trying and arduous for everyone involved but they have made it as stress-free as possible for family members, and have handled each case with care and an empathetic touch that is very appreciated. 
If you are looking for an elder law attorney/practice that will assist you on multiple levels and assure you receive the best attention for your loved one(s), I cannot emphasize enough recommending a better Elder Law practice in the area than Allaire Elder Law.

Allaire Elder Law is responsible for the amazing position our 93 year Mom is in now!  Stephen Allaire and his knowlegable staff helped is to  deal with legal issues, hospital and rehab issues, Assisted Living selection and paperwork as well as bill payment management.  Our Mom is now in a wonderful Assisted Living home where she is comfortable and happy.  Stephen is patient and explains carefully how to deal with the long list of situations that come with having a parent in their 90's.  The services and counsel we received from Allaire greatly reduced our stress and produced a wonder result.  Don't try to do this alone - it is just too hard!  These professional know what they are doing.
