I and my two companions entered this establishment today.  An employee was at the entrance when we came in, but neither greeted us nor offered to assist us.  We walked to the counter where there were 2 together customers being assisted.  Several other employees saw us as we stood there for 3 full munutes yet no one ever greeted us.  When we turned around to leave I said "thanks for your help", then an employee followed us to the door to ask if we needed help.  I politely said "not anymore".  Customer service is key.  Always immediately greet your customers.  They may take their business elsewhere as we did.

My husband bought one dozen of long stem roses 6 red 6 light pink green tinted on Valentines day 2/14/2018. They are dead the baby breathes were hard and dead, most of the leaves in the middle of the bouquet were dead I took a picture of them on 2/16/2018. A waste of 75.90 was so sad.

I have been getting arrangements for almost 5 years now. I have never had one issue with the shop they always deliver above and beyond what I expect. The arrangements are always top notch and worth every single penny.

Allburm Florist, as a walk in offered great customer service, with in minutes made a Beautiful arrangement for a friend sick in the hospital, she was also very pleased with the flowers...Thank you  so much...

We went to Allburn Florist for our wedding. The arrangements were beautiful, and they took the time to be sure all the flowers were placed and pinned on as needed. It was a great experience. Thank you
