Horrible. Worst experience ever. The women there are rude and treat people like they are stupid. I would rather be poor and homeless than look to them for assistance, that's how ignorant and rude they are. The whole system needs to be reviewed by a higher power. Or they at least need to start recording the conversations so that people can prove how unprofessional and rude these people are in the way they treat you.
