I love going to the dentist! For the past 2-3 I have seen Dr. Carella and honestly I can't see myself going to another dentist he is amazing. So much that I moved home to Las Vegas and just flew out to Maryland just to see him for my cleaning and for a filling! All of the staff is so wonderful and caring! They make you feel at home! They truly go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable when they are working on your teeth!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kiefer and his hygienist Kathy at Allegheny Dental Care in Smithsburg. They were both so friendly, yet professional. Dr. Kiefer was extremely gentle, personable and caring. The team was attentive and the office was clean, light and airy. I was very pleased with my initial visit and will return again!

Dr. Beachley and his staff are great! Everyone at the office is very friendly and they always make sure my appointments are pleasant experiences.  I highly recommend the Smithsburg location to anyone in need of dental care.

The staff of Allegheny Dental are the best. They are always helpful and continually accommodate my needs. Dr. Beachley has been my family Dentist for at least 20+ years and Jan has been my hygeniest for just as long. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

I became a patient here about 3 or 4 years and am very happy I made the switch. Dr. Carella is a fantastic dentist who truly cares about his patients. I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore, I actually look forward to it!
